El pasado viernes 16 de enero, el vecindario del Bronx vivió una jornada llena de magia y comunidad bajo el lema “Unidos por el amor y la esperanza”. Donde a partir de las 4:00 P.M., las puertas del ST. JEROME H.A.N.D.S. COMMUNITY CENTER se abrieron para recibir a decenas de familias que se acercaron con mucha ilusión.
En este encuentro especial, Caring & Loving Foundation, trabajando de la mano con su gran aliado Worldwilde Veterans and Family Services, logró repartir 100 juguetes y libros, transformando una tarde ordinaria en una verdadera fiesta de solidaridad para los más pequeños.
Esta iniciativa nació con el firme deseo de estar presentes en el día a día de nuestra gente, reafirmando que el bienestar y el desarrollo de los niños son la prioridad número uno de nuestra labor social.
Gracias al Worldwilde Veterans and Family Services, pudimos entregar herramientas que no solo sirven para jugar, sino también para despertar la curiosidad y el amor por la lectura en cada rincón de nuestra comunidad.
Ver a los niños salir de ST. JEROME H.A.N.D.S. COMMUNITY CENTER con una sonrisa de oreja a oreja y un libro bajo el brazo nos llena el corazón y nos da la fuerza necesaria para seguir organizando este tipo de eventos que nos mantienen más unidos que nunca.
Para Caring & Loving Foundation, cada juguete entregado representa un mensaje de esperanza y un recordatorio de que, cuando nos unimos como vecinos, podemos lograr cosas maravillosas.

Last Friday, January 16th, the Bronx neighborhood experienced a magical day filled with community under the motto “United by Love and Hope.” Starting at 4:00 PM, the doors of the St. Jerome Hands Community Center opened to welcome dozens of families who arrived full of excitement.
At this special gathering, the Caring & Loving Foundation, working hand in hand with its valued partner, Worldwide Veterans and Family Services, distributed 100 toys and books, transforming an ordinary afternoon into a true celebration of solidarity for the children.
This initiative was born from a firm desire to be present in the daily lives of our people, reaffirming that the well-being and development of children are the number one priority of our social work.
Thanks to Worldwide Veterans and Family Services, we were able to provide tools that not only serve as toys, but also spark curiosity and a love of reading in every corner of our community.
Seeing the children leave the St. Jerome Hands Community Center with ear-to-ear smiles and a book under their arm fills our hearts and gives us the strength to continue organizing these kinds of events that keep us closer than ever.
For the Caring & Loving Foundation, every toy given away represents a message of hope and a reminder that when we come together as neighbors, we can achieve wonderful things.
